I'm are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for models participating in the District of Curves Lingerie Fashion Show on July 19th. Plus Model Photography, along with Images by RnB, will host a captivating photo exhibit during the event, and we are looking for several models from the show to be featured in this unique display.

Photo Exhibit Highlights:

• Theme: Nude/Implied Nude Photography (no sensitive areas will be visible in the final images)
• Display: Photos will be showcased at the event and each model will receive a copy of their photo that is on display.
• Publication: Selected photos will be featured in a photography coffee table book by Mickey Leon, set for publication later in 2024/early 2025.

Is this opportunity only for women? No

Men are allowed to participate as well.

What is the theme? Images and Event theme are “After Dark”

Plus Model Photography’s gallery photos and prints will be nude, implied nude, & lingerie.

Do you need to be a model or have modeling experience to participate? NO

Experience or model background is not required however, you will need to be comfortable being topless or nude in front of the camera. While the final images may not show sensitive areas (as discussed below), it is important to note that in order to obtain a desired pose or shot, it is likely that you will be uncovered at certain moments. At PMP we pride ourselves on individuals being informed, comfortable with their photos, and their sessions.

How much body will show in the photos? The emphasis for the PMP shoot and gallery display will be nude and semi nude.

No “sensitive” body parts will be on display in the photos exhibition gallery unless the subject gives expressed consent. What that means is no bare breasts or private area displayed. There may be buttock, thigh, or cleavage, etc. Sensitive areas will either be covered completely, blurred out or in deep/dark shadows.

Is Compensation Provided?

NO. This is an UNPAID opportunity. Participation is on a strictly volunteer basis.

Subjects will receive a print of themselves after the exhibit. Subjects will have access to their online gallery AFTER the exhibition.

What is the Photoshoot(s) location? Woodbridge, VA

All photoshoots for this project will be shot at the Plus Model Photography studio in Woodbridge VA on Sunday, June 23rd. You will be given a link to book your slot for the shoot.

What is needed for the session?

Please bring a robe or cover-up and slippers, crocs, socks, etc for cover when not shooting. Subjects MUST be “camera ready” with makeup (at least a natural glam look) and hairstyle completed. Subjects are encouraged to bring heels, nude/black thong panties, jewelry/accessories, hats, oversized shirts, etc. Any item you think will add personality to the photo however, none is required.

How long will the session last?

Sessions are anticipated to be a min of 30 to a max of 60 minutes. Ultimately, shoot length will depend on speed of transition and Subject’s comfort in front of the lens.
